January brings a new semester and exciting events at Northland Christian Elementary! From key academic dates and campus celebrations to Stormy Science Night and upcoming enrollment information, Cougar Cubs keeps families connected and informed.

Northland Christian’s Elementary Honor Choir delivered an unforgettable National Anthem performance at the Houston Texans game before sharing music, joy, and encouragement on a heartfelt Goodwill Tour.

The Northland Christian Orchestras concluded their SNOW-themed Christmas season with a beautiful December 11 concert featuring performances from 3rd–12th grade musicians and a magical snowflake-confetti finale. It was a joyful celebration of music, community, and Christmas spirit—wonderfully executed by our students and volunteers.

The November edition of the Northland Christian Connection celebrates a month filled with achievement, community, and Cougar pride. From honoring alumni like Luke Kubosh—now serving as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Marines—to highlighting meaningful campus traditions such as Operation Christmas Child and Stone Soup Day, this issue reflects the heart of NCS.

November’s NCS Cougar Cubs spotlights Red Ribbon Week (Nov 3–7), Veterans Day Chapel (Nov 11, 8:30 a.m.), Fall Festival (Nov 20), Stone Soup + early dismissal (Nov 21), and Thanksgiving Break (Nov 24–28). It also recaps the Storybook Character Parade and Pumpkin Contest and reminds families about Operation Christmas Child boxes due Nov 20.

October was a meaningful month at Northland, filled with memorable events, engaging learning experiences, and moments of worship and community. Our students shined across academics, fine arts, and athletics, showcasing their talents and dedication. We are grateful for a month that reflects the heart of Northland!
