Community Service

Elementary students are currently in their third year of supporting Living Water International. This group, established in 1990, exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping developing communities acquire clean water, and to experience “living water” -- the Gospel of Jesus Christ -- which alone satisfies the deepest thirst. The goal of our elementary students is to raise $5,000 to drill a water well in a needy community.

Each January, NCS elementary students collect canned goods for people in the local community who are in need. The food is donated to the MANNA pantry, an outreach program of one of the local churches.

Other class-wide and school-wide service projects emerge as the needs of the local community arise.
