HS Volleyball Coaches

Aimee Langlois, HS Head Volleyball coach

Coach Aimee Langlois is starting her first season as Head Volleyball Coach for Northland Christian School. Previously, she was Junior Varsity Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach at Cypress Falls High School in Cypress, TX.  Before coaching at the 6A level, she was the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Legacy Preparatory Christian Academy, where she oversaw the volleyball program 6th-12th grade. 

Coach Langlois is currently coaching club volleyball at TAV Houston. Prior to TAV, she coached at Xcel Volleyball Club for over 7 years. Between coaching high school and club, she is going on her tenth year of coaching volleyball.

She began her volleyball career at Tarkington High School, where she was a four-year letterman as an outside hitter/ds/setter and captain. She played club volleyball at Club Texas and Willowbrook for 6 years. After high school, she received a full scholarship to play collegiate volleyball at Galveston College where she was nationally ranked in aces and assists. After Galveston, she transferred to Sam Houston State University to complete her bachelor’s degree in Health Education with a minor in Kinesiology. 

Volleyball is her passion and she loves coaching the game while teaching life lessons to her players.

Outside of Volleyball, Coach Langlois is married to her husband, Jared, and they have a beautiful baby girl named Adaline. They love to hang out with family, friends, and going to the Frio River. Attending church and serving the community are very important to her.

Breanna Johnson, JV/Assistant coach

Coach Breanna Johnson played at Channelview High School, under Sharice Gilbert. She played OH and was named MVP her junior and senior year. She played club volleyball for Texas Eastside and Willowbrook. Following high school, Breanna played for Norfolk State University as an OH/RS. She was awarded Outstanding Freshman and set a record for the most number of kills as a freshman.

Breanna went on to coach various camps and skill sessions at AVA. At AVA she coached developmental teams and the 11s (Cyclones) which finished in the gold bracket each tournament. Prior to accepting the JV position at Northland, she was the head coach at C.E King High School.
