Our Purposes:
To support Northland Christian School in all of her needs.
1. To create an awareness of ways parents can be a part of their child's learning experience.
2. To promote a spirit of friendship among individuals who are interested in the development of spiritual values in education.
3. To show NCS faculty and staff appreciation for the loving, nurturing educational environment provided to our children.
4. To provide an avenue for utilization of community resources to aid the educational program and to demonstrate to students parental support and concern for their education
Membership Dues Information
$30 per family - Elementary PTO annual membership dues.

2006-07 Volunteer Opportunities
Some of the volunteer opportunities available are listed below.
ANNUAL FUNDRAISER EVENT |
“Evening of Stars” |
BOOK FAIR |
Volunteer to work at our book fairs in various capacities. |
CAMPUS MINISTRY |
Volunteer to coordinate assistance for Northland families who are experiencing difficulties resulting from illness or unexpected events. |
GRADE REP. ASSISTANCE |
Each grade level has a PTO liaison. Help is needed throughout the year coordinating grade level activities. |
GRANDPARENTS' DAY |
Help will be needed for set-up, serving and/or clean-up. |
LIBRARY |
Help is always needed in the library. Re-shelving, data input, alphabetizing, etc. |
MUSIC PROGRAMS |
Assist the PTO liaison with the music programs. Costumes, ushering, etc. |
P.E. PROGRAM, FIELD DAY & SPIRIT GAMES |
Assist the PTO liaison with all P.E. related activities. |
SPARK “Service, Prayer, and Acts of Random Kindness” |
Volunteers needed for prayer, crosswalk duty, carpool duty, community projects, etc. |
| TEACHER APPRECIATION |
Throughout the school numerous activities take place to honor our faculty and show them our appreciation for their devotion to our children. |
| OFFICE HELP |
Folding and stuffing school mail-outs; assistance with distribution of fundraising projects (Entertainment Books & Sally Foster). |
