METHODS OF PAYMENT |
| All tuition payments will be made through FACTS Management Company by bank draft or credit card. There are two payment plans: |
| • One payment due April 21 (No annual fee charged by FACTS); or |
• Eleven (11) payments beginning in May. (An additional annual fee of no more
than $41 is charged for this service by FACTS for each family contract.) |
| All tuition credit card payments will incur a convenience fee. |
| Other payment fees will be paid online at northlandchristian.org |
EXTENDED CARE |
NCS offers several extended care plans for elementary and middle
school students (up to age 13). Annual five-day plans are listed below.
Several part-time plans are also available. |

INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPLY FEE (annual)

| All 7th thru 12th grade students will pay an annual Instructional Supply Fee. The fee will increase by $100 after June 30, 2008. This fee helps support our continuing effort to upgrade instructional materials and includes the use of a Tablet PC. Students in grades 8 – 12 will be assigned a Tablet PC to be used at home and school. Students in 7th grade will have one-to one access to a Tablet PC in each of their classes, but will not be assigned a Tablet for home use. |
SIBLING TUITION DISCOUNT |
| Oldest student in each family will pay full tuition. All siblings will be discounted 10% of his/her applicable tuition. |
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE |
| A limited amount of financial assistance is available. This application is separate from the enrollment process. The deadline for receipt of financial assistance applications is Feb. 28, 2008. Generally, financial assistance is reserved for returning students in need. |
REFUND POLICY |
| Refunds are based on semester attendance. After a student has been in attendance for ten academic days during any semester, full tuition is due for that semester. |
SPECIAL FEES |
| A limited number of middle and high school classes require special equipment or supplies (e.g. jazz ensemble, art, photography). Special class fees may be assessed depending on class requirements. |
SPECIAL SCHOOL TRIPS |
| Optional educational, athletic, and service trips are offered each year. These include academic meets, fine arts competitions, European travel, senior trip, and others. The cost of these trips is not included in tuition. |
CLASS / ACTIVITY FEES |
| Annual class activity fees range from $35 to $90 depending on grade level. Senior Class Fees will be assessed in addition to this fee. |
FOOD SERVICE |
| Food service is available on both campuses for lunch each day. Information about cost, menu, etc. will be provided on our website. |
SUMMER PROGRAM |
| A summer program is provided for KG-6th grade students. A variety of sports, fine arts, and academic camps are conducted for middle and high school students. Programs and rates are announced during the spring each year. |
AP / Dual Credit Fees |
| AP and Dual Credit courses have additional fees which are not included in tuition. |
WOODLANDS BUS SERVICE |
Will be available if demand is sufficient. |
