Since 1974, NCS has been providing Christian education to families in the NW Houston Area. These are exciting times
at NCS and God continues to show his faithfulness to all generations. As we train the next generation of Christian leaders, we are encouraged by God’s provision of sending over 90 new students to NCS this fall. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, I encourage you to reflect on your blessings and consider being a part of NCS Sharathon 2011.
Sharathon is our annual fundraising event that enables us to meet our ongoing operational budget requirements. Our current tuition and fee rates only cover 95% of our operating expenses.
This year our Sharathon goal is $250,000. We have set our goal in order to help with our operating costs but more importantly to begin paying off the 9-acre tract of land that was purchased in June of 2010. This wonderful piece of property is right across the street, just west of our Secondary Campus. The property has great potential for future expansion for both our elementary and secondary students. In addition, we hope to eliminate the remaining debt incurred from our most recent secondary campus renovations.
In order to accomplish our goal, we are relying on the Lord to move in the hearts of many people in order to give generously to Sharathon 2011. As a challenge to our current families, if each NCS family were to give $500 for each of their children who currently attend NCS, our goal would be met. Would you consider helping us with a year-end gift?
