In all of Josh's 40 years of speaking he has never dealt with an issue that stirs parents, pastors, and the gatekeepers of youth as does this one. The reason is that families and the church realize that unless we rebuild the foundations of our kids' belief system, nothing else really matters.

Josh will share that as incredible as it may seem, research shows there is only a four-percentage point difference between the behavior of kids who call themselves Christians and those who do not. It's not so much that the church and Christian families haven't taught the basic biblical truths about Christ and Christianity; it's that our young people have interpreted Christ through a distorted belief system .
 
Do beliefs really matter? Again, studies reveal that young people who hold distorted views about Christ and Christianity are 200% more likely to physically hurt someone; 216% more likely to be resentful; 300% more likely to use illegal drugs; and 600% more likely to attempt suicide!
 
Distorted beliefs have infiltrated our homes and are preventing our young people from experiencing what true Christianity is – a transformed relationship with God through Christ. Josh wants to assist us and our families in the battle for the hearts and minds of our young people, and has accepted an invitation from us to lead this event. This event is designed to better equip us to counter the distorted beliefs held by our young people.

Josh will share how to reverse the distorted beliefs our young people are adopting and how to ground them in both their relationship with Christ and in the Christian evidences of why we believe what we believe. At the seminar Josh will share:

What makes true Christianity real, relevant, and irresistible to this generation?

Session Three: The Truth about Christ
How to instill convictions within our families that will lead them to make right moral choices in life.
