1. Start Collecting Those Box Tops Again!
Once again, we have the opportunity to earn extra money for Northland by collecting Box Tops for Education from some of your favorite brands of household products. Click here to view a list of the products featuring these Box Tops; our school gets 10 cents for every box top you collect! As you'll see from the list, many major brands are participating in the Box Top Program this year, such as General Mills, Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Ziplock, and Kleenex!
Box Tops will be collected in each classroom and will be counted on the last Tuesday of each month. The name of the winning class will be announced at chapel on the following Friday. The class turning in the most Box Tops at this time will be rewarded with a party!

2. Shop Online and Get Cash for Northland!
In addition to collecting Box Tops, you can raise money just by doing some of your shopping through the Box Tops website. Over 60 popular retailers -- such as Nordstrom, Target, Pottery Barn, Barnes & Noble, Hallmark, The Gap, and Best Buy-- are offering cash back to our school for any online purchases made if you first connect through the Box Tops website. Some of these retailers offer as much as 7.5% back! Imagine, for example, shopping at The Sharper Image online through the Box Tops website and earning 5% of your purchase for Northland! I have attached a list of all participating retailers.
Follow these simple steps to start earning money for Northland with your online purchases:
• Go to www.boxtops4education.com
• Click on “All About Box Tops”
• Click on “Sign up now!” near the bottom of the screen
• Enter our school zip code, 77068, in appropriate box
• Scroll down to find Northland Christian Elementary;
highlight name and click on button to “Choose this school”
• Create your profile (takes less than 2 minutes)
That's it! You're now ready to shop ANY of the participating merchants. You do not have to repeat these steps again.
To make a purchase, go to “All About Box Tops” on the website. Click on “See all Marketplace stores”. Click on any of the icons to be directly connected to that retailer's website! Next to the merchant's name is the percentage of your sales that will be donated to Northland. You must access the merchant's website through the Box Tops website for your purchase to qualify.
You don't need to do anything other than shop as usual. Box Tops for Education will automatically credit our school cash back from your purchase. To track purchases you have made through the website, go to “Box Tops Marketplace” on the website and click on “My Marketplace Earnings”. This will show your earnings for Northland. Earnings are not posted immediately and may take up to eight weeks to show up. The school receives no information on purchases other than a total earned by the school each month.
