The A team finished their season at the district tournament. After defeating CCCS, 25-5, 25-17, we
met Faith West in the Championship match. The Eagles had only suffered loss to the Cougars, so they were geared up for us, and if we were not focused, this is a team that could beat us. Your Cougars did not let you down! In a close first game, 25-23, Brittany Flowers and Molly Dunn took control of the serving game. In the second game, the Cougars were in the lead early led
by Kristi Spoleti's attacking game and the passing game of Mary Lacy Knapp and Brittany Flowers. The match ended in the second game with a score of 25-13.
The A team continued the Northland tradition of District Champs and District Tournament Champs.
