March 5-6, 2009 |
On Thursday and Friday, Mar. 5,6, Coach Carrie and Coach Lemm took a handful of Northland students to the Presbyterian Middle School Track Meet. This meet hosts some large private schools. Northland had 7 eight grade boys, 8 eight grade girls, 5 sixth grade girls, and 4 sixth grade boys. Our small group had some amazing results!

Seth Scott won the High Point Male Award by winning both the Shot and Discus, placing 3rd in the 200M, and earning points because he was a part of the winning 400M and 1600M relays. |

Kyla Wilcher captured the High Point Female Award by winning both the Long and Triple Jump, placing 2nd in the 100M hurdles, 3rd in the 200M hurdles, and was a part of the 4OOm relay team which took 2nd. |
