Winning our 1st game against Faith West on Thursday (54/13) was just a preview of what this Jr. High Cougar team can do! Our goal is to make the playoffs and ultimately win the Middle School Championship. We have a great football tradition at Northland. We have made the playoffs every year since 2002, and we plan to continue that tradition of winning by becoming District Champs for the 3rd time in 7 years.
Our team is ready to compete. Composed of (21) 8th graders and (16) 7th graders, our team has a grand total of 37 enthusiastic young men! Many of our 8th graders are returning to the team this year and will bring with them valuable experience and leadership. With our unique mix of talented veterans and new students we plan to take this team all the way!
