GAME SUMMARY
Northland played its most dominating, complete game of its young history. In only its 5th total year of varsity competition (93-94, 02-present) Northland has made it to the TAPPS Division III State Semi-Final Round. Sophomore qb Jeff Abt broke his own single game passing record that he had set the previous game by going 17-28-336 with 4tds and 0 interception. The completions is also a single game record. Another Sophomore, Brendan Green, had a huge game as well with 6 receptions for 182 yards and 3 tds. The 6 receptions and 3 tds tie Northland single game records and 182 yards breaks a single game record. Junior wr JP Tillman had 5 receptions for 73 yards and 1td. The Black Swarm defense was dominating once again, recording their 3rd straight shutout. It marked the first time in Pantego's illustrious play-off history that they had been shut out. It was also Pantego's worse defeat of the season. They finished with a record of 11-2. Northland advances to play Waco Reicher Catholic next Saturday at
A & M Consolidated High School Stadium in College Station. Kickoff is at 6:00 pm. The winner will play the winner of Plano Prestonwood and Ft. Worth Southwest December 4th at Baylor.
