 Wow, what amazing intensity the boys showed in our final home game of the season. For four quarters our team showed toughness and heart. As they are intentionally coached, they finished strong! Rosehill was so much taller than us, but our players as usual made their physical presence felt and sent an immediate message that you have come to play to beat us. We finished the regular season unbeaten on our home turf. I could not be more pleased and proud of the players God gave me to coach. Thank you, Jesus!
The stats are aplenty. John Horsey and AJ Ortenstone each scored 12 points. Mason Bent again contributed double digits with 10 points of his own and 5 dimes. Keaton Hart had 9 rebounds and 6 assists. This was a complete team effort. Joseph Williams and Will Sheffield each came off the bench and played tenacious defense. I have never seen a player take a rebound from Will Sheffield and Joseph plays excellent and quick defense with his feet.
