Another poor shooting game for the A team. We connected with 6 out of 39 shots. Not nearly enough to be competitive. The final score was Cypress Christian - 33 / Northland Christian 14. This puts the Cougars in third place in district play. Leading in the steal category was Taylor Coffman with 8. Leading in the rebounding category were Paige Cornwell and Madison Flowers. Leading scorer was Madison Flowers with 10 points.
I am encouraged that the girls continue to work hard until the last buzzer. And the bus ride home is usually about how to improve the next game out....what more can a coach ask for?
