The winning streak continues! These humble and confident young men extended their winning streak to four games by convincingly beating Cypress Christian. We again showed class by giving our bench a chance to play. Each player broke a sweat and felt his heart beat. We have the talent to shoot the score through the roof, but we are striving to build a program by giving these young men some on court experience, which is not achieved sitting on the bench. There has been no complaining from the starters, even though they usually only play half the game. Our purpose is to make God look good by the way we play this wonderful and addictive game, and this purpose is being realized by the humility and encouragement these players consistently display.
    Justin “JJ” Jackson again led all scorers with 21 points along with 5 steals. Amazing considering he only played fifteen minutes! Michael Pender dished 7 sweet assists, and Keaton Hart added 10 points of his own and a hard-earned 8 rebounds, 6 of which were offensive! Robbie “Lefty” Dillard shared 3 assists of his own as our first man off the bench, and Allan “Quix” Hooker grabbed 6 boards of his own off the pine.

    I'm proud of these guys as they make coaching a blast. They have learner's hearts, especially for the Lord.
