The purpose of the NCS Athletic Booster Club is to assist the Northland Christian athletic program by providing
a volunteer organization to make every athletic event a success. Our student athletes and coaches are working
hard to prepare themselves for interscholastic competition and they need our help. One of the goals is to provide
an extra boost to each of the 25 teams that make up our athletic program. By joining and volunteering for one
or more of the activities below, you will be helping our athletic program immensely.

Funding
The Athletic Booster Club is funded through membership, concessions, and the annual golf tournament.

Participation
Participation in Booster Club activities is not required for membership, and a family can contribute as much
or as little time as you have available.

Four Memberships Available

1. GOLD $1,000 Membership

Benefits of a Gold Membership:

Two Booster Club Shirts
Two Booster Club Decals

Two Varsity Football Reserved Seats for regular
home season games
Additional reserved seating can be purchased and reserved seats can be renewed each year as long as
Gold membership is maintained.

A Priority reserved parking space for all Varsity
Football regular home season games

Varsity Football Pre-Game Receptions (Home Games) Pre-game reception with fellow Gold members. Watch highlight videos of previous games and get the latest game strategies from the Head Coach.

Stadium Seat Recognition at Varsity Home Football Games (Home playoffs not included.)

Family Gym Pass to Home Volleyball and Basketball Games - Gym pass is designated for home gym (volleyball & basketball) games only – does not include football stadium (middle school or high school events) access without a ticket.

2. BLACK $500 Membership

Family Gym Pass to Home Volleyball
and Basketball Games
Gym pass is designated for home gym (volleyball & basketball) games only –

Booster Club Contributions
2001-2007
The Athletic Booster Club has contributed to the success of the athletic department
at Northland Christian by providing funding for:

2001-2002
• Initial start up of Cougar Football
• Purchasing the concessions trailer

2002-2003
• Strengthening & Conditioning equipment
• On the field hydration stations, cheerleading accessories, softball, track, volleyball and baseball training & equipment and supportive items for athletic trainer (portable defibrillator)

2003-2004
• Accommodations for playoff teams
• Weight room / conditioning equipment, support to teams with uniforms, bags and accessories

2004- 2005
• Strengthening equipment, Metronome training, transport cart for field emergency, accommodations for playoff teams, support to teams with uniforms, bags and other accessories

2005- 2006
• DVR ($6,000)
• Weight Room ($12,000)
• Football Run Through ($5,000)
• Outdoor Classroom & Memorial ($3,000)

Support is given to families of athletes
• The annual all sports banquet for middle and high school
• Punt, Pass & Kick event for fun

Support is given to the NCS staff
• Volunteers to work various events to assist the coaches in providing excellent competition in the TAPPS District (High School and North Houston Athletic League (Middle School).
• Coordination through the Team Parents for each sport

Tax Information
For tax deductible purposes: Your donation will need to be made to Northland Christian School with your designation (include the Athletic Booster Club membership form completed) to the NCS Athletic Booster Club. This is restricted gifts that requires you to recognize the shirts at all levels of membership and the game tickets for the Gold level will not be a part of the deduction. For donations received in the Fall of 2007, 2 shirts are valued at $ 55.00 and for Gold Level members, 2 tickets are valued at $112.00 for 7 home games. Your tax deduction document will be received from Northland Christian School.
